Pros: Well-kept gym/ sauna for residents currently open 24 hours, clean building, apartments for rent are newly renovated. El Camino college is nearby if you are are a student and Torrance middle school and high school are nearby for kids. Not too far from Redondo Beach and there are a few great parks nearby too. Family-friendly neighborhood and lots of adorable cats have found their home here too 🙂. Cons: High turnover with management recently leading to delay in maintenence requests being processed. Noise transfers between floors, so you will most likely hear neighbors chopping food, walking around their unit, putting dishes down on counters, etc. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, best to choose a top floor. I really love living here. It’s super peaceful and cozy, and just has a nice vibe overall. The pool is awesome, and everyone I’ve met is really friendly. Cristina, the manager, is awesome—she’s always nice, easy to talk to, and really cares about the residents. My cat loves it here too

Terrible place to live. Expensive, bad quality apartments and appliances, ridiculous rules and consist utility issues. Don't live here.
