Google should start allowing you to give NO STARS. The absolute WORST of the WORST! Complete scam artists, and reading all these reviews, they have clearly been doing this to A LOT of innocent people for quite some time. I was at risk of being evicted a few years ago after falling on hard times and not having the means to keep up on my rent. In turn, I started moving stuff out and in with family to avoid coming home to all of my belongings on the curb, and coincidentally, a couple days later, came home to my door UNLOCKED (inside job?) - all the food in my fridge was thrown all over my apartment, mayo, eggs thrown all over the walls, my daughters bedroom wall had LITERAL SHIT smeared all over it, broken glass everywhere! An absolute nightmare, that only a TRULY SICK human being would think

By far the worst property management company in the world for the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in for 8 years. Westland Capri and the racist landlord Celine evicted me for reporting a crime and for racial discrimination. I am currently in the process of disputing my retaliatory “damage charges” but will most definitely update this review with A TON of evidence and details when a resolution is met or we go to court as I do not want to hurt my case. Avoid any complex this place manages at all costs! And they are NOT BBB accredited!

Had a violent murder committed at their property and refuse to change the main lock for residents’ peace of mind. Purposely trying to avoid a paper trail on this issue. Why would you not change the locks for the safety of your residents?

0/10 do not recommend living in any of their properties. Customer service sucks, you pay rent and don’t even have the bare minimum here. I am currently one of about 40 according to the office without air and it’s not considered an emergency and it’s over 100 degrees outside and it’s a heat advisory. I’ve been without air for over 24 hours and was told it would be taking care of today now It’s a possibility it will get taken care of tomorrow. Straight bs. The whole point of an apartment is so maintenance takes care of anything that’s needed.

Just like the review from “Mallsie Hubbard” says we have experienced the same thing . I lived at one of their properties for 5 years ! They are trying to withhold the full security deposit and claiming that normal wear and tear are damages that equate to the full deposit ! It’s really sad how they come up with these false accusations . The apartment complex is moldy . The Leasing Staff is unorganized. They tried to charge us for a vinyl cutting in the kitchen floor that came from their maintenance technician dragging our old furnace from the second bedroom to out the apartment door . I highly recommend that you do not live here as they are horribly operated and falsely blame their residents .
