Don't stay with these people. I lived here for 2 years and they gave me a ride for my money. Eventually not renewing my lease to renovate, just to charge me the things I didn't fix on my way out since they claimed they were renovating. If toure going to change eveytthing, including blinds and locks... why on earth would i be charged that? Besides the fact I would have changed all those things had you not spectically told me i need to move because of renovation. They basically pocketed money from a girl that lives on her own and works terribly hard for her money. Stay way if you want a peace of mind of living cuz these people are sneaky.
