Excellent Service and Support Mr. Danyel Fishback has been incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout our application process. He took the time to guide us, answer our questions clearly, and made sure we understood each step while reapplying with updated information. We truly appreciate his willingness to help and his prompt communication during such an important transition for our family, especially as we are relocating closer to work opportunities in the area. Regardless of the outcome, we are very grateful for his assistance and the respectful way he handled our situation. His support made the process much less stressful for us. Highly recommended!

I am writing to formally report an ongoing safety concern occurring on the public roadway directly outside of the apartment complex. Brittany drive! Every morning and afternoon, multiple residents park or sit stationary in their vehicles in the main roadway while waiting for the school bus. These vehicles remain stopped in the travel lane and do not move for passing traffic. Because the road is narrow, drivers are forced to cross into the opposite lane in order to get around the parked cars. This situation has created a very dangerous traffic hazard. I have personally had several near head-on collisions due to vehicles having to enter the oncoming lane to pass around the stopped cars while other vehicles are entering the roadway at the same time. I have contacted the office multiple times

Walls are paper thin. You can hear sexual activities from neighbors through the walls. Simply walking from the upstairs neighbors is like a stampede. Very bad bug issue. Bathrooms runs brown water. People jumping the fence all day long. Trash all on the ground everywhere. Kids shooting at your bedroom windows with gel blasters. I feel like i live in the projects. It’s ghetto and uncomfortable. You can’t rest at night due to bumping and jumping from the tenant above you. Poorly cheaply built structure.

Today is day one of my move in and everything has been smooth and easy thus far. Home was well kept and clean on arrival. No complaints at all! Looking forward to continued great experiences with Power's Properties.

As an international student, I moved to Florence for work purpose and I am so glad I found this apartment complex- Woodlake Apartments. I waited for a while to get the right apartment. Love the lake view from all the rooms - living room and the 2 bedrooms. The 2 toilets are great. The maintenance team are extremely efficient and helpful. The ladies at the power properties who are managing the application are so sweet and made it easy with all the paperwork and my move-in. I made sure I constantly communicated with them to ensure transparency, assistance and to establish trust. Also the security gates are functional to keep this area safer. The only tiny issue I had was I had to walk a long distance to get my mail or to throw away my trash but it helps me to burn my calories …so no compla
