Rented from this company for 3 years. Never had an issue and never caused an issue. I reported the big infestation and they say oh they’re in the walls there’s nothing we can do but you can request us to come out and spray every week. I reported a leak in the wall of the master bedroom and that it was soggy and mushed to the touch, they caulked the cable box outside and said that’s all they could do. Later there is black mold growing on it and the refused to do anything. Reported a bedroom door that fell apart when you touched it and they have refused to come replace it. They tried to temp fix it before we moved in with nails and caulk. Neighbor below reported the leak from our tub and they caulked it and said that the would be back to fix it and a year went by and we couldn’t use that sho

Heritage Trace Apts in Powderville is a joke they don't care about anything except collecting rent. The grass hasn't been cut in 2 months and nothing gets fixed in the Apts. They will put a eviction notice on your door faster then cutting grass. Snakes everywhere in the tall grass and rats all in the breezeway. And as far as management they are rude and unprofessional and so is the home office. Never answer the phones and office door is always locked. Trash everywhere the building in the back where they never ever clean it and the weeds have taken over the flower beds and outside walls. Just nasty never rent from them ever. Powers Properties just wants your money they don't care about there tenants or there safety I have had 5 snakes on my porch and walked up on one today. Called the news

I stayed in hunters green for a year. Did not want to renew my lease. After I moved out the apartment was renovated and the rent was raised.. I loved it.. would've payed the increase in rent.. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

When I first moved here in 2009 rent was $550, very decent for a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. I left in 2016 with the rent $575. Now it's $700. Here's where it gets interesting; if you're single and you have a high tolerance to shooting every other week, loud tenants at night from time to time and the occasional drunk/high person trying to break down your door...then this place is for you. All my guests that visited me were either not at ease or scared of my neighborhood. Families should avoid. Not worth $700
