Word of caution, make sure you're nice to the manager here even as you're applying otherwise she won't even process your application no matter how qualified you are. This is what happened to me. I had applied to another complex and was trying to push my application here since the other apartment already accepted me. She instead stopped my rental application process dead on it's tracks without providing any reason why. Also, expect at least a week I'd guess before you get thru the rental application process. The apartments are good sized and month-to-month. Good luck!
