Powderhorn

The worst experience ever. Lots of people random out in and around . Large Dogs barking all night or let loose by owners. Low maintenance inside property. Thin walls. Cops were called a few times in the early hours in the morning for neighbors fighting. Suspected drug activity. Feels unsafe so I informed them and let the management team in advance of my lease termination noow a delinquent and collection agency has been filed 2 years later against me.

I had two packages stolen from my front door, broken glass and trash around the buildings, landlords took washer and dryers away, and most importantly they kept my security deposit with no explanation. I tried calling and emailing and they are actively ignoring me.

All of these reviews must be paid for because this is by far the worst apartments. My mother is a current resident here unable to break her lease sadly . For almost a 6 months we requested help with a huge hole that happened to open up because of a leak in the apartment above. We asked for help several times. They said they were sent somebody out never did. The Hole was there for months till finally they send a new crew out and they fixed it. She was left with no running water for 2 days in her toilet because they said they didn’t have anybody to send out And to add to it i’ve never heard of an apartment complex or company that after you’re late, you have to pay through online. Which right there within itself they take a extra chunk of money. They probably most residents don’t have. Becaus

Great community in a great location near I-25 and plenty of shopping centers. Mayra is a great addition to the office and can always assist those that only speak Spanish quickly. The new maintenance team is amazing. If you’re looking for a place to live I would definitely recommend powderhorn.

When visiting Powderhorn I was really impressed by how tidy they keep the community, you can tell maintenance is on top of it. The office was very friendly, and helpful with my search for a new home!
