Pottsgrove Townhomes

I have been living here for almost 4 years. The apartment complex is well kept and the maintenance team is really good. Matt & Steve has always attended to all of my work orders quickly and promptly and made sure the job was done well. Jennifer and her staff in the office has always been cordial and engaging and very helpful and attentive to my needs as a tenant The apartment itself is really nice and having my own washer and dryer and my own parking spot is a really nice perk of this place. You really get what you pay for in the price charged. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to get away from the city and have a much nicer or quieter experience

I regularly visit my family at the Pottsgrove Townhomes. Last week the grass was high beyond belief and the bushes as well. I came back today and everything had been cut and trimmed. Grass already needs to be cut again, but I give it about two more weeks until that happens. I feel for my family who has young kids who want to play outside. And the trash around the property in the stairwells and outside the dumpsters. According to them, management has gone way downhill in the past year. Keep that in mind if you plan to move, and the $1,700+ rent prices. Gallman group has some properties it needs to keep up with.

I have resided in my townhome for a little over a yr. now. I love my unit. I’m a plant mommy so of course I have a unit w/bay window. The heating & cooling system works great. The washer makes loud noise during doin cycle and the toilets are extremely low flow would be my only “issues”. My neighbors are great and you can not hear them through the walls so that’s great too!! We love the pool and grilling area as well as the playground. Also the events hosted by management. (Pool parties, community flea markets, etc.) These added benefits creates a great sense of community. Maintenance request are handled quickly and completely by a great staff as well. I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Matt for everything he has done during this winter season. With the challenging weather, he has gone above and beyond to make sure the sidewalks, property, and—most importantly—the residents are safe. His dedication, hard work, and genuine care for the residents does not go unnoticed. It truly shows how much pride he takes in what he does. Without his commitment and reliability, I honestly don’t know what the residents would do here at Pottsgrove Townhomes.

The townhouses are nice on the inside. The neighbors seem friendly. Each townhouse has numbered spaces. If you visit someone who lives here you must park in a non-numbered space or risk being towed or ticketed. They have an unground pool for the residents along with a toy play area and a community grilling area and picnic tables. The maintenance could be a lot better. The unit I was in had no working central air downstairs for quite sometime and maintenance has not yet responded to the work order. The dumpsters were overflowing. It could be because of the holiday but every lot where dumpsters are located were filled way over capacity.
