I moved out of Bakersfield almost 2 months ago. I put both of my properties under their management. Our initial agreement was that the property management monthly fee would be $100 per month. (with multiple witnesses to that statement). When I received a monthly statement from them it was $120 per month. No, big deal money wise, I want my properties to be taken care of so I would have gladly paid the 120 if that was the initial agreement. So when confronting the property manager about this, she said that I could take my business somewhere else. I felt that all matters of this issue were dealt with unprofessionally. Even if they fixed the issue and told me to pay 100 per month I would still leave because if they are lying now I can imagine the storm that comes when there are maintenance iss

Potter-McKinney Inc. has managed the 28,000 sf, 22 unit commercial office building I'm responsible for in Bakersfield for over 13 years. They do an excellent job for the tenants and owners. They are professional, reliable, knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. I am very happy to recommend them.

Great property management. Always on time with maintenance. Easy to get in contact with. Easy online portal to pay bills and request maintenance. If I wasn't moving out of state, I would have stayed with this management company as long as possible.

This is in response to Mr. Jeremy Bojorquez's negative review of almost two years ago. If you can find someone to manage two homes for $100/month, good luck....I found and placed a great tenant at one property and the other property, well we just had to deal with the bad apples you had put in place as roommates and with no written lease now didn't we? It would be impossible to please anyone going through the financial and personal issues you were going through at said time. You are right...the only solution was to refer you over to a few other agencies. There was no reason to lie, there was just no pleasing you, period. Good luck.
