Be careful if you have packages delivered to you if you live here. My packages got stolen every month and they will close the mail room after 6pm. It means that all packages delivered after 6pm will be left outside insecurely and you cannot get your packages in mail room after 6pm too.

The unit itself is nice. Very modern and spacious. However, there are a couple of concerns. 1. The package room is not secure. You should only live here if you don’t get packages delivered to you frequently. 2. There are very high utility bills. My utility bill EXCLUDING electric and internet (paid directly to providers) is about 200/month for a 2b2b. There’s no way to avoid some of these expenses because they are split across the community. For example, my trash bill is 70-80/month and I don’t throw more than 3 bags of trash away in a month. Would not live here again due to these issues.

Constant break ins in the package room, with no solutions to the frequent theft. Plus youll have to wait a long time for maintenance repairs, my washing machine has been broken for a week and a half so far with no clear timeframe on when the machine will be fixed. Update: A lady at the front desk staff was kind enough to give me access to another washing machine while mine is broken; which I appreciate. I do wish I could simply get my washing machine swapped with the functioning one however instead of waiting for an unknown period while my machine is broken.

Theyve been super helpful during my move in, providing all information I needed. I lost an item down the elevator shaft while ubloading! Jose worked diligently with Otis to get a technician out the next day and save me. My only complaint is the gym hasnt been well stocked with wipes, rendering it unusable sometimes. Also package room closes at 9pm for.. some reason
