Sandy Aytch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 Stars I’ve had a positive experience living in this community. The current staff is professional, kind, and always willing to help. The leasing manager, Brianna, is friendly, polite, and consistently makes sure messages are passed along to the property manager. Karlyna, the property manager, is also very thoughtful and open to feedback, which I truly appreciate for the sake of the community as a whole. Our maintenance technician, Mr. Rob, is reliable and takes care of repairs in a timely manner. He always makes sure things are done correctly and that the apartments are kept up to standard. Overall, I’m happy with the service and support from the team here.

I moved here very recently and would like to sincerely thank Brianna for assisting me from day one. She has been incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly throughout the process. The same appreciation goes to her boss, Karlyna—although I haven’t met her in person, her email response was warm, prompt, and welcoming. It truly made my move-in experience a positive one.

Under the new management, led by Karlyna, we are witnessing positive developments. The front office staff and maintenance personnel are both courteous and efficient in addressing concerns. While I am optimistic about future improvements, I am assigning four stars, representing a significant enhancement compared to the rating this property would have merited several months ago.

During my tenancy, I reported the presence of mold on numerous occasions. Despite multiple reports—both verbally and through written communication—I was consistently told that the issue had been addressed or treated. However, I continued to find mold throughout my unit, which resulted in the destruction of my clothing, shoes, and furniture. I provided photographic evidence of the mold to your office and explicitly explained that my daughter and I were experiencing frequent sinus infections, which we believe are directly related to the mold exposure. In addition, I visited the rental office multiple times in person to report these concerns.
