We recently toured this building and immediately noticed the impact of the concrete construction—noise transmission was minimal during the walkthrough. The leasing agent also explained that the property actively enforces noise policies, including direct follow-ups when needed, to ensure quiet hours are respected and to maintain a comfortable living environment for all residents.

Jovan was absolutely fantastic every step of the way! Without him we would have been able to get our apartment and with it being so smooth and easy! Jovan is the best!!
