Everything went extremely easy Cassie is very knowledgeable I put my whole trust in her in selling my home. I was new to selling but she guided me through with very little problems. Answered all my questions even some that where not pertaining to selling the home but had to be done. Listed on a Wednesday and was sold by Sunday for more than listed price. Fantastic !

Our experiences were unfortunately not positive. The agent lacked effective and professional communication skills during the buying of our new home. I believe questions, information and requests were misrepresented to the sellers causing added stress to each side through out the process. There had been two other previous encounters with this agent earlier in the home search where she also lacked professionalism.
