Do not live here if you are disabled. Maintenance and management will laugh at you and demand that you prove to them that you can not climb a ten foot ladder because your stairs were removed and you were trapped in your home without notice. They will purposely block handicap parking spots to include unloading zones and allow contracters to do the same thing. Rent is VERY expensive for what you get. Unprofessional maintenance and management. We have lived here for about 8 months. Neighbors are great. Community seems very safe overall.

After a year of calling Post Ridge Apartments home, I'm still loving every moment of it. The community vibe is just as welcoming as ever, and the location is still super convenient, with everything I need just around the corner. Ms. Carmen, the property manager, continues to be a rockstar. She's not just on top of things administratively; she genuinely cares about each resident and goes above and beyond to make sure we're happy. And the maintenance team? They're still impressing me with their quick fixes and attention to detail. Whether it's a leaky faucet or a bigger issue, they're always there to sort it out in no time. I would highly recommend Post Ridge Apartments to be your new home! The application process was easy and quick. If you have any questions or concerns, the team is there to answer any questions. Stephanie was such a great help! She was so kind, responded in a timely manner, and overall just helpful! I am so excited to start on this new journey in my new home! **update: I have plenty of pros and cons to living here, I will share at a later time.

Do not live here yall especially if you don’t want to water to be off every other day because of a “pipe bursting” lmao the pipes bust at least once or twice a month inconveniencing you
