Ms. Desire' Is a wonderful person. She took out time to help me. She has a great personality and I would recommend her to anyone that I know. I love the postive energy and patience that she provided. This is the worse place I have ever come lived in. They are liars. Nothing is nice or decent about this place. It has no heat or mental air. You have to buy space heaters to have heat. My stove has not bottom and the door car is broke.The appliances are put together by glue. It is roach and spider infected. They want my family and me to pay $1700.00 a month to live come in this dump. They treat other customers residents better than my family and me. I've had to call the City of Houston twice city on city this dirty place. It is old and raggedy. Nothing is nice about this place. People are lying for some reason. This place is housing and Section 8. They don't tell you this Despite it all I am treated unfairly. I hate living here and so does my family. Please check it out. It can has very cc
Mia and Desire went above and beyond throughout my entire application process. I truly appreciate their professionalism and how knowledgeable they both are. I highly recommend these apartments— the care and pride they put into the property really shows. The entire office staff is amazing. I’m truly hoping this is our new home!
Maintenance has improved a lot. They replaced our stove and took care of the shower issue, so thank you for that. Communication is better now and the staff has recently been more helpful. We did have a problem with our car being towed in the past, but things seem to be getting better. I appreciate the updates and hope the good service continues.
I want to mention that every time I need assistance Desire Carlos and William are always will to help me with my concerns thank you guys yall are awesome
