I’ve had family that lived here years ago and I currently live here. The apartments have greatly improved. And after their new hire Brently in maintenance, my love for here grew. He came and fixed my air conditioner quickly and efficiently. He was respectful and nice. The nicest person on the property. Thank you for what you do.

Was referred by my coworker, so far everything is great. Great location close to everything, maintenance guys are nice and office ladies helpful.

Recently moved in, main reason was convenience of having a daycare onsite. Approval was fast, love having a washer and dryer inside in this apartment.

Nasty apartments I’ve ever stayed in back in 2023. Somebody came to the neighbourhood with a machine gun and shot up the whole apartments. When I got back to my apartment. My door was kicked in for safety precautions to make sure I was not shot after this incident, I demand it for my lease to be broken and they did not let me break my lease without not getting my deposit back in having to pay them to leave. Also, when I left, they charged me for the bullet holes in the wall (hence did not get my deposit back .) They keep deleting my post, but I’ll keep coming back on here reposting about this nasty Apartment complex , And their failure to take responsibility of their Tenants safety. Also after the shooting happened, they kicked in my door so I was unable to lock my door until they got some
