Great place. Noel has been such a great maintenance guy to come through when we need him. Noel is the best! Also Amy has been the best office lady we could ask for! The two best employees at bridge creek have made our stay here positive so far

To be fair: We live in what I think is an older unit that hasn't been renovated recently - other units do look nicer than ours, and it's important to note that there is new staff than from when we moved in. While my experience here overall has not been pleasant the past couple years, there are staff members who have done a lovely job improving things. Pros: - Amy in the leasing office is a ROCKSTAR. She constantly finds ways to engage residents, promote a fun environment, and is very responsive to residents. She is communicative and candid, making it easy to address concerns or questions that tenants have. Five stars for Amy. - Five stars for Conner on the maintenance team! Our pet sitter got locked out while we were out of town, and he came IMMEDIATLEY to let them in on CHRISTMAS DAY. My

I have just now lived here for a year and I have seen the complex improve greatly with the current staff. Lily did my move in and has always been helpful any time I have called. Chris really seems to be the right leader and has clearly turned the office around from the previous management. I believe this team including Amy, goes above and beyond to make residents happy. The maintenance team is very fast. The complex is very quiet and I feel safe here. I would recommend living here.

I live In these apartments and I I recommend these apartments especially because of the management. Lily is the number one go-getter she goes above and beyond and she’s just a happy face all the time maintenance gets to their request within like a day or two, which is really nice. You don’t have to wait a week and maintenance man is very very nice. I appreciate seeing happy faces and the property is not bad at all. They have dog parks and swimming pools and workout rooms and I especially like the manager Lily. She is so easy to get along with. She is a number one I give her five stars.

I do appreciate the help they offer when it’s needed they do understand and listen to your concerns. but there’s just something not getting done right. There is a-lot of issues with our unit and they did not clean it or let you see the unit before hand I’m very sensitive to the dirt and dust and they just left it behind along with so many broken appliances what really upset me is them Claiming it’s ready a month early from my requested move in date when it was not true and leaving it like this claiming it’s ready they had a WHOLE MONTH…this is not okay. They even admitted to me that inspection was not done by property inspectors, They admitted the temps handled it and didn’t care to check I’ve just never experienced something this…The mold, dirt, infestation, harassment from neighbors is i
