We just moved here and honestly it’s been a great experience so far. Melvin helped us through the whole process and made everything really easy. He actually listened to what we were looking for and showed us options that matched what we wanted. We ended up with the perfect apartment for us. Also appreciate the maintenance team! :) we had a couple small concerns after moving in and they fixed everything quickly without any hassle. Overall, we’re really happy with our move and thankful for how smooth everything went. Definitely recommend working with Melvin if you’re thinking about moving.

There are a ton of fees added on to the advertised price. The management threatens to fine you in emails often. I assume my deposit will be gone when I move out. They force you to be subscribed to their valet trash service. It is inconvenient as there is a short designated window. You need your own bin since you have to put the valet bin outside but you also must bring it inside every night. If you work at night or forget, they will fine you, take the bin away, and still charge you monthly. There is an EV charger that has been broken for at least a year. It doesn't matter anyway since it is absurdly overpriced.

Melvin has provided us with excellent customer service & has answered all of our questions swiftly. He has made the move-in process a breeze for my fiancé and I and very communicative regarding it all. Very helpful!

Melvin is a great staff he was very kind, and patient with me. He made sure all my questions were answered and that I understood what he was telling me. I recommend staying here or at least giving it a try if you’re looking for a place 10/10. Process also fast & easy.

Just moved here a couple weeks ago and Melvin did a great job helping me get approved and moved in seamlessly. Loving my new cozy place and quiet neighborhood!
