Portofino Apartment Homes

I love our 2BD room apartment. It’s spacious and love the natural lighting during the day. We really love the location. We can walk to places and even take the trolley pretty much anywhere in San Diego. It’s a clean complex and feel safe. Got a great gym/cardio room and a heated pool.

Just moved in a week ago - coming from the Chicago suburbs! It was quite an epic move for us and after looking at 20+ other complexes in the county, Portofino is where we absolutely wanted to be. We were thrilled when a 2 bed 2 bath became available. Taylor was amazing from the first time we met her, throughout the process and getting our keys from the Luxer lockers on a Sunday when we arrived with our moving truck to move in. The landscaping and neighborhood here are absolutely stunning. I love Italy and it truly has that vibe - even several little water fountain features spread throughout the neighborhood. Lots of shade for those hotter days (which I'm assured are only really Aug-Oct). This place has garages (although small, still very nice to have!) so much storage in the units and add

I work nights, the leaf blowers at full throttle at 8am for hours in front of my window is way unnecessary. The constant stench of pet urine in the walkways is terrible. People leaving their cars for days in the guest parking spots. Neighbors having loud parties at all hours of the night. This complex has gone down hill significantly over the last few years. Comparing other "luxury" apts available in San Diego, you should really reconsider your branding. The only good things about your operation is the timely manner your maintenance crews respond, and the food trucks.

I adore the Portofino Apartments, Office & Maintenance Crews, and my unbelievable kind neighbors. The Portofino set up is epic from the luxuries of the fully loaded pool, five star gas grills, gym, food trucks, coldbrew coffee on tap, car detail, and club rooms to the well manicured landscape adorn with fountains and bridges. And last, to the pup play/relief areas...accessible and kept up well. I could go on and on. My 11 pictures posted dont do justice! 😅 However, my true love of the Portofino is the kindness of the office and my amazing neighbors. I am convinced my corner is the best group of collective individuals. And in this day and age that speaks volumes. We have community! ❤️🐾My dogs love it here.
