Gorgeous neighborhood and great people. It’s one of the nicer, newer, subdivisions on the western side of Gainesville. Houses sell quick so you have to grab them when you can. Zoned for excellent schools as well.

Nice place to live little to no crime has happened since I've moved here three years ago. Had few problems with snakes since we're close to the creek but all is well.

I have family that lives in there it's pretty well kept and quiet

Friendly and helpful employees No handicap buttons to open doors if the person is alone on either mobility scooter or power chair
