Portland Home Inspect

I can't say enough good things about Tim. My son is 25, buying his first home and had lots of questions. Tim was very patient and kind and took the time to explain everything. He was very thorough and even made recommendations for taking care of things in the future. We brought the whole family, which I don't recommend, because we ended up asking him some of the same questions over again. But, he never acted impatient with us. He pointed out lots of things that we didn't even notice. He even crawled under the house. We were all very impressed by him. I highly recommend Tim for your home inspection!

After owning my house for eight years, I really needed an independent assessment to help me prioritize a bunch of deferred maintenance projects before I decide to either rent or sell my house. For a great price, Tim did a detailed look and took time to address all of my questions . I now have a clearer idea of what steps to take next and what I need to do whether I decide to sell or rent. Tim's a really nice, easy going guy and super helpful.

I always do my ‘homework’ checking multiple companies and verifying on quality, years in business, etc for home inspection. "Thorough home inspect" is the key word for Tim. I got to work with Tim and he is amazing. Solid 5-star! Tim went above and beyond! He was completely thorough in his inspections, literally from top (roof and attic) to bottom (foundation and crawl space). He took MANY pictures of things I wouldn’t even consider to think about and even brought up solutions to every single problem or potential problem. The price is absolutely great and I truly recommend his services.
