We’ve had a great experience living here since moving in 6 months ago. Darian, the community manager, has been especially helpful and kind from day one. She’s always responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents, which makes such a difference. Any questions or concerns we’ve had were handled quickly and with care. Overall, the community is well maintained, welcoming, and a really nice place to call home. We’re happy to be here and appreciate all the support from the management team. Highly recommend this community.
Living at Portiva truly feels like living at a resort. From the moment you walk onto the property, everything feels thoughtfully designed, modern, and welcoming. The amenities are top-tier and always well-maintained, making it easy to relax or recharge without ever leaving home. The atmosphere is peaceful yet vibrant, which is a perfect balance. One of my favorite parts of living here is the sense of community. Portiva consistently hosts engaging and creative resident events that make it easy to connect with neighbors and actually feel at home. These activities show how much care goes into creating a true community. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in residents’ experiences, which makes a huge difference.
Management is either inexperienced or doesn’t care. Building was unfortunately hit by lightning twice in a short amount of time. Second strike damaged one of the elevators. It’s now been out of service for over a month which is poor; however the lack of updates and rent credits is worse. Also “valet garbage service” is basically a forced additional fee. However, management contracted with Fetch package service and somehow thought it was a good idea to *not* pickup garbage on Friday or Saturday nights. So tenants put their garbage in the hallways on fridays and sits all weekend. Also they sometimes don’t pickup garbage at all, and our property manager fired the majority of our maintenance department and she would never perform work herself so the garbage sits all day long in the hall
This is my second year living here. My first year was truly great, but since management and maintenance changes, the property has gone downhill significantly. The hallways and breezeways have not been cleaned in what feels like ages. There is dog hair and debris everywhere, which is especially concerning for residents with allergies. For a community marketed as luxury, the current conditions simply do not reflect that standard. I understand apartment living comes with noise, that’s expected. What’s not acceptable is the nonchalant and dismissive tone from staff in email correspondence. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel unheard while paying premium rent. No resident should have to bring their own broom outside to clean up pet hair and debris that doesn’t belong to them. I’ve also perso
I recently visited these Apartments, and I have to say, my experience was wonderful from start to finish. The community itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and clearly well-maintained but what really made my visit stand out was my encounter with Vilmari. She was absolutely pleasant! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and professionalism. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and takes pride in representing Portiva. She answered all of my questions with patience, made me feel completely at ease, and carried herself with a kindness that’s rare to find these days.
