Porterhouse Apartments

I met with Dominique today to discuss an application and ask some questions about the apartments, and I am soooo happy that Dominique was there , she was so attentive and helpful she made me feel right at home by just meeting her. Best experience I have had with a leasing agent! Thank you!

I moved her 9/1/22 and I couldn't be happier. The manager, Shelley and her assistant, Araceli, are truly wonderful and have done everything I've asked or if something needed done. Every apartment complex has issues, but I think that the tenant has as much responsibility to be a good tenant and a good neighbor.

If I could give zero stars, I would five times over. Only move here if you like construction workers here 24/7 even on the weekend early in the morning at 7am. Construction workers blocking your car in and not moving. Construction workers standing in front of your window smoking early in the morning and waking up your children. Then there is the long list of broken down things in a place that has just been built. 1. Dishwasher not working (took months for them to fix) 2. Microwave making sounds (took months for them to fix) 3. Door knobs falling off in your hand 4. Water heater that went out in the middle of winter twice in one week and they didn't come to fix it until late in the day. Had to go to work without a shower. 5. Ants all over the place 6. "Wood" floor that is buckling. 7. Walls

The management/ leasing people are AMAZING to work with! They have been helpful and went above and beyond every step of the way! I highly recommend this place!

I'm in the process of moving in and it's been a very helpful experience from Juanita and Sylvia in the office. They have been nothing short of patient and encouraging with me. I can't say much but just from my moving in process it's been great so far.
