Port St Lucie New Homes by Holiday Builders

So here is an honest review from someone who purchased a home from Holiday Builders, in Port St. Lucie, a year ago. I purchased my home in August of 2023. I purchased the Bamboo model and I love my home. Pro’s include: pricing, warranty, quality, communication, and quick process. Con’s include: doesn’t come with fridge, microwave, or washer and dryer. cookie-cutter and you can not change ANYTHING. Reminder: you are saving a ton of money by purchasing with HB so these things are minor in overall home value. Purchasing these items and removing the carpet is still cheaper than other builders in PSL. Overall I am very happy with my home. I only had one minor issue with my sliding glass door not locking and they came and repaired it immediately. I would recommend purchasing from Holiday Builder

We previously looked at Holiday Builders two years ago when looking at model homes- we ended up going with Maronda. This review is in regards to how they treat their builds. It’s absolutely DISGUSTING. Why they do not monitor their sites and hold the teams accountable shows their pride in their brand- ZERO. The trash from this construction is constantly in our yard, and we get to look at this unsightly mess everyday. Based on how poor the outside looks and the slobs that work there, I can only imagine the quality of the work matches. I’ve reached out to the office many times to try to get someone out to clean this mess up and seems to me like that don’t care. Buyers beware!

I would never recommend holiday builders to anyone ! Biggest waste of money biggest regret ever buying their home! I’ve had nothing but breakage after breakage in this home and I’ve only lived in it for a month , my construction manage Mike blocked my number cause i kept trying to reach him to have my house fixed asap ! I’ve called so many times spoke to multiple ppl and no one seems to care everyone ignores me & no one cares to fix anything not even 4 weeks later and my sink is leaking again causing a horrible smell and ruining all my cleaning products that i bought , my cabinets still broken and their excuse is everything is on back order . LITERALLY JUST RUN !!! Don’t even look at them , here are photos of the poor quality work you’ll get - since google doesn’t let me reply I’ll edit it

Here we go. Ben Lewis of Holiday Builders was for me the best guy you want to deal with, when the time come to buy a house. Starting from finding the right lot, till the full construction, he is quick to understand what you want, as location and type of house. All the process was conducted with acknowledgment, professionalism and timeliness. Ben really deserves this five stars review.

I must say, I am very pleased with the recent experience with Holiday Builders, particularly our construction manager Jimmy. Very informative, super personable, answered questions and continuously checked in with updates. He was also very informative about what to do as we settle into the new home especially being from the northeast. Holiday Builders also offered the most reasonable prices in comparison to other builders for similar models. Also, the time it took to build the house was way less than we expected! Joe F was also able to offer frequent updates and follow up regularly. Thank! Also, we appreciated Jimmy’s attentiveness and willingness to be accessible when we have silly questions .
