Poplar Pointe Apartments

Property Manager (Ms.Glenda) was very unresponsive. All information she requested from us was given promptly. Each time my brother & I returned to the office, there was something new needed. This went on for approximately 3 months. Overall she wasn't transparent or professional in her communications with us. We didn't know for certain our application was approved until I decided to contact corporate office. We never received a phone call from her in regards to the status of our application . Unfortunately we wasted a lot time trying to pursue residency somewhere that obviously wasn't the right place for us. The poor customer displayed by the property manager made what we thought would be a difficult decision to decline an easy one.
