I am a potential future resident of Pondview and I have to give all the credit to Dianera Rodriguez! She was extremely accommodating and patient during my tour of the community. She was well engaged and willing to answer any/all questions. These types of employees are hard to come by!

If I could, I would give Pondview zero stars. Prospective and current tenants should exercise extreme caution. Management demonstrates repeated unprofessional and legally questionable practices, including attempts to charge tenants for painting or carpet replacement when no damage or excessive wear exists, which is prohibited under New Jersey law. Communication is consistently unresponsive, delayed, and lacking transparency, and routine processes such as move-out inspections and security deposit returns are unnecessarily complicated. After I warned current tenants in the official Pondview Facebook group about these illegal and shady practices, my post gained traction and drew reactions and comments from past tenants who shared similar experiences. I recently had an issue where my new license plate was mistakenly delivered to my old apartment at Pond View, even though I had moved out a year and a half ago. I reached out to the leasing office, and Dianera went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to coordinate with the mailbox team, kept me updated at every step, and made sure I eventually got the license plate in hand. Her exceptional dedication, professionalism, and kindness turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a smooth resolution. I am truly grateful for her help—Dianera is an asset to Pond View!

I lived at Pondview Estates in Wharton for over 3 years. I moved out on 4/30 but didn’t receive my security deposit until 6/30. NJ state law states they must return the deposit within 30 days. I started calling the leasing office in early June. On 3 separate occasions I was told they would look into it and call me back. They NEVER called me back. Each time I spoke with the leasing office I was given multiple excuses like the bookkeeper missed it, the bookkeeper was out, and it went to the wrong address. Plus they then had an attitude with me when I called like I did something wrong. In all the time I lived there, I never paid my rent late. Pondview Estates offers many amenities. One such amenity is the Guided Fitness program. I particularly love the yoga practice. There are several classes to fit my schedule and more may be added in the near future. And the instructors are so accommodating and knowledgeable in their practice. Namaste:)
