They completed the work flawlessly, efficiently, and with a very positive attitude. Thank you for delivering such excellent service!

I’ve had such a great experience living at Polo Glen. The maintenance staff are always friendly, responsive, and professional — any maintenance requests are handled quickly and with care. The property is clean, well-kept, and feels safe. The amenities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful. The residents seem to be respectful hard working families. It’s clear that management truly cares about the residents’ comfort and satisfaction.

I think the leasing staff plays a very important role when living in apartments. The care they put in, the way they address your concerns is a direct result of your quality of life as a resident. From our first meet with Andres to show us the apartment, to post move in, our experience has been nothing but positive. He was so patient with my 101 questions, he trouble shooted relentlessly when there was a glitch and our application wouldn’t go through, address and fixed our concerns about the apartment before our move in. Even post move in, he saw my Amazon packages were delivered but painters were there and took them back to his office. Nicole and Anthony were extremely nice too in finalizing our lease. If I could give this place and Elizabeth 25-stars I would! First off, polo glen is a beautiful community and I love the spacious floor plans. The rent is very reasonable and Elizabeth has been awesome from start to finish! She is so friendly and helpful! She made me feel like part of the family. Even on Saturday 02/08 with all the craziness happening she handled everything like a boss and was able to assist me. 10/10 Recommend.

The front office never answers the phone. At all, you can call all day long and it wont let you leave a voicemail and they won’t call you back. Old interior in the apartments and they will still raise your rent every year. Makes it extremely difficult to communicate with anyone and also the gates are always broken. So anyone can enter at all times. Not luxury at all the sidewalks and place you live is covered in bird and dog poo. The pool and gym are always dirty but has been closed for the entire summer so not able to be used and theirs always some construction going on that never gets fixed. And your car will be towed they love to tow cars at 12 am especially on a monday. Stay far away from this place because it is a mess.
