Polo Club Athens Apartments

My stay at Polo Club has been fantastic. All of the maintenance people have been awesome (shoutout Juan), and the amenities are good. My only gripes are that it’s kinda far from campus and our fridge makes weird tasting ice, but overall it’s been a great time living here!

I lived here a year and a half and I love it. The maintenance staff is amazing. They are on top of it. Shout out to my boy Juan who goes above and beyond for this place. The amenities are very nice and rent is affordable compared to similar units in the area. I love the area because it’s within walking distance of a Kroger Supermarket. Considering getting my apartment number tattooed when I graduate.

My experience at Polo Club has been nothing short of amazing! The apartments are clean and well kept, and the clubhouse offers unwavering hospitality for residents, from pleasant study spaces (with free refreshments offered) to a robust gym (let me not fail to mention that there is also a pool). However, the most amazing, admirable part of Polo Club by far is the staff, especially my personal GOAT, Juan! I met Juan while he was conducting maintenance checks after move in, and he is by far one of the most selfless individuals I have met! He is always willing to lend a hand, whether that be literal (like unclogging a clogged toilet) or figurative (offering honest life advice), and it’s always the highlight of my day when I run into him! Living here for two years (4 semesters) and loved it. Thank you so much Juan for being so friendly and great with our maintenance. Never had a big problem with bugs or anything but any home issues or work requests we had got fixed right away.

I truly believe that I made the right choice by settling in at Polo Club. The leasing team has great customer service, especially Sue and Chelsey. And the maintenance team really takes care of the residents - Juan is the best!
