had hella roaches in my apartment moved in first month didn’t even stay long. Was lead on like pests were virtually no problem. I gave my letter and left as soon as I could never looked back

VERY CLEAN, NICE APARTMENTS. THE OFFICE STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT IS NEEDING A CLEAN AND AFFORDABLE PLAE TO LIVE.

It can be quiet rent was cheap at first. Update: Everytime I ask to upgrade to a bigger unit there wasn't one available but people where constantly moving in. When I moved out 2 months ago I was waiting on my deposit back so I called just to find out that I owed. They didn't tired to call me for me to pay it. I had water in my walls in the bedroom and bathroom I don't know if it mold or not.

The apartments could use new cabinets and updated appliances HOWEVER, the grounds are always clean and well maintained. The apartments and neighbors are quiet and even the weekends are peacful. Now, let's talk about the maintenance team... ...They are the best. 24 to 48 hour response time to fix ANYTHING. They are on the ball and they have always been courteous. The office quickly processes the work orders and the Maintenance team is 5 stars. (P.S. husky friendly)

My mom have had the worse experience ever!. She have had two leaks!. Her dishwasher leaked for over a month. Her shower valve leaked for over a month. Then what do you know hot water tank leaked. Now no hot water for over two weeks and she's only been here since December it has been problem after problem ! The women in the office are lazy!. They have the maintenance men handing out flyers, when all reality they need to be fixing the issues and one of them need to hand out flyers! Instead, they stand behind the office and talk and smoke all day. I am a property manager and I would never treat tenants like this and they have the nerve to tell her that her rent is $10 short?. Really???. These could be great apartments but capital assets should consider new people in the office that cares!!.
