I am lucky to live in our senior house (Tysons Towers Apartments), that is one of Polinger Co.’s properties. It is located in a beautiful place with convenient public transportations and easy access (on foot) to shopping, restaurant and surrounding amenities. The maintenance engineers here are very skilled and professional, responding promptly to repair requests and work efficiently. The cleaning staffs are hardworking, conscientious, and contributing to clean and pleasant common area. The activity and service managements are well planning and organizing that take into account residents of different cultural background needs. The worst managment company. Scammers!! Polinger cockroach company. I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing roach infestation at brighton village. Despite multiple complaints the problem remains unresolved. The roaches are not only a significant nuisance but also a serious health concern. The management’s lack of effective response and the inadequate measures taken to address this issue are unacceptable. I urge prospective renters to be cautious and inquire about pest control measures before committing. It’s disheartening to deal with such poor service and disregard for tenant wellbeing.Refund our money back!!

I have lived at Highland House East for over ten years. The experience has been mostly positive. The front desk concierge, Felix, is very efficient and always friendly and helpful. In the past, there has been a person to take care of the deliveries. Now there are many more boxes, and Felix handles them all. The deliveries are always sorted quickly and are in order when we go to pick them up. Felix is always ready to help in any situation. The night attendant, Joe, is very helpful and always has a smile. Tina, the night attendant, is efficient and does her job in a pleasant and knowledgeable manner. The maintenance staff is very good and is responsive when a tenant needs help.
