I rented a property managed by Polaris and had a great experience. Everyone on their team was incredibly responsive and kind to talk to. Out of all the places I’ve rented Polaris manages their properties the best! Their team is a bunch of genuine people who aren’t trying to suck every penny out of their tenants. They did a walk thru mid lease and fixed a bunch of minor things within the house which shows that they are proactive, take care of their properties, and want to avoid major issues for tenants. I want to especially thank Dan for helping us after my landlord moved to a different PM group. Dan could’ve easily avoided our email but he responded very quickly and got us the help we needed!
