From the moment I made contact with Jennifer to inquire until the final paperwork - every question I had was answered quickly and never seemed like a bother. Jennifer got back to me very promptly and was very well informed with the process. The other loan officer, Shannon, was also quick and most helpful also. The whole process of filling our forms online was simple and quick - no office to go to but doing it online made it so easy. I would say the excellent customer service and people who care made my decision to go with them so easy.
