Pointe West Apartment Homes

The apartment and facility is lovely and comfortable. Minor fixes like toilet and blinds needed. Staff are friendly. Disappointed experiencing marijuana use which makes us sick. Hopefully will be addressed quickly. It is a no smoking complex, no illegal drugs. Very friendly tenants. First impressions. Update: We have lived here now for almost six months. Maintenance seems to do a good job. A young man keeps the entrances and hallways vaccuumed and clean. More staff has been hired which seems to be helping. Attention appears to be addressing tenants who refused to pickup after their dogs waste and not being on a lease resulting in some hefty fines. Meeting new people everyday. I would say we are happy with our apartment these days. It is a large complex and takes a lot of work to maintain,

Took a tour with Dave and he was very friendly and made sure all my questions were answered. I signed the lease online and moved in to the remodeled house and so happy to call it home. The apartment is full of friendly people, amazing staff and lot of amenities. My pup lives it here. I especially love the underground heated parking and the car wash. Makes it so much easier.

The staff are really great to work with and worked hard to get me a place at the lowest price possible. Apartments are quiet with a good mix of people that have all been friendly.

This is somewhere you definitely want to live, Carla has went above and beyond for me in every single aspect… she’s even put in simple work orders for me directly because she has cared so much, anytime I ever see her she’s helping someone and being her sweet, loving, caring self. The apartment complex itself is very nice, safe, and feels more like a luxury hotel! As someone who’s a young adult, I recommend this vibrant atmosphere to anyone. Maria, the maintenance team, the security officer, everyone here works hard to represent pointe west and I’m thankful just to live here.

We’re new to the community but during our transition the staff has been very Attentive. From Office staff, Maria Watkins and Ms. Karla, to maintenance/building and grounds, Sandy, everyone has been helpful and supportive in ensuring our needs were met and our assimilation into our new home went smoothly. It’s also nice to see staff residing in the community and having the opportunity to get to know them and their families. The residents have been open and welcoming also. Not sure what I expected since this is my first experience with community living, but I am truly impressed with Point West!!!
