I am now on my third annual lease here at Pointe Parc at St Johns. I have previously lived at a few other communities in the area, and without doubt, Pointe Parc is the best and here is why. From the friendly and welcoming office staff, to weekly landscaping and pest control, and nightly valet trash collection, the property looks clean and feels good, including the parking lots. The office staff obviously keeps things under control and the residents are well-informed, which I appreciate. Pointe Parc is a great place to walk, including for the dog owners who are very attentive to using the dog trash bags. I have never felt uncomfortable or unsafe as I take my daily walks. Neighbors wave as they are driving in and out of the property or say hello when they collect their mail or packages, and
Where to start… this place is HORRIBLE. The neighbors are terrible and loud, the walls are paper thin, and if you have smokers in your building the entire building will smell even with doors closed. People do not pick up after themselves and leave their food trash and debris everywhere. The condition of the apartments is terrible. Idk if they use AI or whatever for the tour pics online but they look nothing like the inside. The vinyl is peeling off our cabinets, the maintenance staff is very kind but they only do temporary fixes and quick fixes, nothing permanent. We have gone to the office several times for noise complaints about our upstairs neighbors and the staff says sorry that’s apartment living for you and says there’s nothing they can do. I along with one of my awesome neighbors, h
Idek where to begin with my list of issues. Everything is outdated. Whatever is broken maintenance isn’t gonna actually ever fix it. My AC has been leaking since April and I’ve been continuously told it’s normal water accumulation and my AC blows a vinegar and wet towel smell even with a new filter. But I reported it again with videos and they made me leave the middle of my work day so the most unqualified supervisor ever can tell me it’s bc the filter was in wrong that HIS TEAM PUT IN. And the outside units are going to make noise when they turn on duh, but it sounds like a CHAINSAW. And it’s lovely because it’s right outside my bedroom window and the walls are paper thin. If I could turn back the clock I would’ve never resigned my lease especially when rent went up $100+ and the whole po
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Unacceptable. I moved in on the 26th of August. I paid my security deposit and first months rent and was told that I had to pay my prorated rent on the second month. I was confused because normally when you move in at the end of the month they make you pay it all together so I assumed they wanted to pay that with Octobers rent. Mind you also they’re trying to charge me for amenities but neither bathroom in my apartment was fully functional! I have seen little tiny roaches in my apartment. There was holes in my ceiling which water was streaming down from. The maintenance person told me they actually had that same problem happen in my other bathroom a few days before I moved in however I was still moved into this apartment. How am I being charged for amenities when neith
I just have to say — the property manager here is absolutely the BEST! She’s always on top of everything and makes sure things get done on time, every time. You can really tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in keeping the community running smoothly. Since this office team took over, everything has been amazing. I love their energy, their positive vibes, and their hustle — they really go above and beyond to get things done and keep everyone happy. You can feel the difference they’ve made already. Thank you for all you do — keep up the great work!
