Pointe Lanier

In my Honest Opinion i believe that Point Lanier is a very calm, peaceful, friendly environment . I lived on this property for many years and My apartment has always been in very good conditions. Maintenance are very helpful with any work orders i may have, they are always there 24/7. It is very sad that there are people out there that speaks so low about the staff if they have been nothing but nice and understanding. In my honest opinion if you have roaches then the problem isnt the unit! Point Lanier offers Treatments. The Manager Laura is so humble and bubbly, Ask for her she can help with anything!

Terrible. Very outdated, huge roach problem. Roof leaks when it rains. Mold in the bathroom. Kitchen cabinets falling apart, not worth the money or the headache. Old carpet. If you decide to live there make sure you see the apartment before signing your lease. They do not give me a freshly painted apartment or new or at least clean carpet. The will find every excuse to keep your deposit. They use a third party company for your water bill and it’s a complete rip off.

WARNING ⚠️ do not rent from anything managed from Sabraa property management (SPM). This management company stole from me my deposit and my prorated rent. They have not moral compass, they don’t care about your needs, always gave minimal to no effort. Towards your situation or needs. The property manager Terisa was sleeping with the maintenance man. The property I was renting from them was at pointe Lanier apartments definitely don’t rent there. This property was a complete disaster. From management all the way to maintenance. I had a huge problem with mold at my property and all they did to fix was add paint and ignore the cause of the problem. My humbled advice for future tenants would be avoid this company at all cost RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS IS NOT A PROPERTY YOU WANT TO LIVE AT

Insects infested apartment. Brand new appliance and furniture was thrown away when we moved so we don’t carry anything with us. Maintenance wasn’t certified to do electrical so they just did not fix the outlets that where all loose. All of the sinks has a bad odor to it. Management likes to talk to you like your stupid, BAD service and communication would not recommend.

This is one of the worst places I've ever lived. JAI owned the apartments when we moved in a year ago, and they were fine. However, as of May of this year, since new management took over, it's gone straight to hell. First of all they tried to up our rent when they took over, but we quickly shut them down and refused to stand for it given that our old lease was still definitely in effect. I've woken up to find people sitting on my patio to paint, with no indication as to when they might be done. One morning, while I was sleeping alone, I woke up to find a grown man in my apartment just standing at my bedroom door saying he had maintenance to do. When I complained, I was given no information that I requested and was charged exuberantly for the elective maintenance he did proceed to perform,
