I really enjoy living here. The grounds are always clean, parking is convenient, and my neighbors are respectful. The leasing process was smooth and stress-free. Natasha was just awesome and patient with me while I did my application and she followed up right to the end. The entire team is just awesome. At move in the maintenance manager and team member did an awesome job enlightening me on what I needed to know and what I needed to do. Living here so far has been great. Tamia was great, I walked in she greeted me with a welcoming smile, great energy. Showed me the apartment home it felt like home. She answered every question. Great professional person. For me the only thing that I did not like about the apartment was on pantry in the kitchen and no tub in the bathroom. However Tamia had a solution for that.

Tristan was an awesome dude, explained everything to me and my wife and kept conversation about any questions we had. Great dude, loves sports just like me and very compassionate about his job. If you ever decide to move in at Pointe Grand Jacksonville West talk to HIM!
