Pointe Grand Davenport Apartments

We had a great experience touring the community with Kesly! From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to show us around. She took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and made the entire tour feel relaxed and informative rather than rushed. It really made a difference having someone who clearly cares about the residents and the community as a whole. The lake view was absolutely beautiful and honestly one of the biggest highlights of the tour. It added such a peaceful, scenic feel to the property and really helped us envision what living here would be like day to day. This is my first time living in an apartment complex and I have really enjoyed my experience so far, I have lived here for approximately 6 months now. I can hardly hear the neighbors, I personally feel there is good sound control. The staff tries planning monthly events. Just last month they celebrated pet day and my doggy won the raffle! They send Courtesy reminders to the tenants about maintenance but not enough to be annoying. I also really enjoy the layout of the apartment. They get a 5 star from me 🙂.

I want to give a special shoutout to Kelsey, who gave me the tour—she was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient, and answered all my questions thoroughly. She made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free, which honestly makes a huge difference when apartment hunting. Master class location! The buildings are new and beautiful excited to be part of the Pointe Grand communities. We recently relocated and was a bit crazy at the beginning, however we have managed to settle in and really love this community. Everyone is super friendly around. Pet friendly community with great dogs and amenities for pet families. I adopted my first dog here with them and was a great event and got to welcome out Nyla to the family. Also won the raffle and they really take care of the property and amenities. Kevin is GREAT and brings positive energy everyday to work and conversing with tenants. Although I will say the office needs to be a bit better on communication but everyone is super friendly and welcoming !
