Pointe Grand Columbia Apartments

This property is gorgeous and feels safe. It’s secluded so it’s quiet. Pet friendly, they even have a bath tub for dogs…WHATTTTT so awesome. When I went to tour I got to meet the mascot named “Moose” and he is so precious. This is a very incredible place to call home.

The day I got my keys at Pointe Grand Columbia, I walked into my kitchen to find water all over the floor from a broken dishwasher. That was just the start of the nightmare. These apartments are poorly built, constantly dealing with water leaks and mold that keeps coming back. The mold has made me extremely sick and left me with major medical bills. This is especially dangerous for anyone with an autoimmune disease like lupus, as constant exposure to mold and moisture can severely impact your health. Management has shown no urgency or real concern for how serious this is. I moved in around May 2025, and there was already water damage from the unit above that leaked through three floors. I really enjoyed touring here! The community is beautiful! Dog park is 10/10 very spacious and clean! Sara took me on my tour today and she was truly amazing. She answered all my questions and she was so nice!

I dealt with an ongoing rodent issue in my unit beginning in October. Despite multiple reports and follow-ups, the problem persisted and spread beyond the original area. On 01/21/25, a dead mouse was found in my master bedroom closet (photos attached), and pest control did not return to remove it until 02/01/25, my move-out date. Over several months, the unit was not livable from a health or comfort standpoint. Due to the situation, an early move-out date was approved. When I moved out, I returned my keys and confirmed with on-site staff that no further action was required, only to later receive a request for fees totaling over $4,000 after possession had already been surrendered. I love this Property. The maintenance guy Teddy was so helpful to me when I drove from AL to move in on a Saturday. He always so helpful and positive. Honestly he is a great asset to the maintenance team here.
