Pointe Grand Brick City Apartments

I LOVE IT HERE! From the moment I toured, the staff (Allyssa, Cecilly, and Meghan) have been incredibly welcoming and warm! The application and move in process are super easy and I love my sunset view!! I'm so glad I found my perfect home!! 10/10!!

Super awesome staff and the location can't be beat! Quick drive to Publix and Downtown Ocala. My dog and I love the pet spaw and dog run here. Prices can't be beat for a brand new apt! Shout out to the Community Manager-Meghan, Leasing Manager-Cecilly, and Leasing Special-Allyssa who are all the GOAT and make this place feel like home! They throw THE BEST events too :)

I was very skeptical to start my apartment hunt in Ocala, and I did extensive research to ensure I was finding the best value as well as a nice and quiet place to live. I was between Pointe Grand and another community, but ultimately decided that Pointe Grand was the right choice for me.. I've only been a resident here for a short time but I'm so so happy with my decision. The community is absolutely beautiful - the team maintains its amenities and buildings nicely. It is very quiet and very pet-friendly. I've enjoyed getting to know my neighbors and their dogs. Ultimately, what was a deciding factor for me, was the office staff at Pointe Grand. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my move-in was smooth and my apartment was up to my high standards. Maintenance

I’ve been absolutely thrilled with my time at Pointe Grand Brick City! The property is incredibly well maintained and spotlessly clean, which makes coming home every day a pleasure. The amenities are beautiful, and the pool and cabanas add such a nice, relaxing touch perfect for unwinding. The staff here is amazing and so friendly, they’re always going above and beyond to help with anything I need. Plus, the neighbors I’ve met are all very kind and welcoming, creating a real sense of community. Highly recommend this place it’s 5 stars all the way!

I had a fabulous experience staying at this property. The units were very spacious for my daughter and our fur baby. I love that they have designed an area for our pets and even a spa. Love it! The staff here were so professional and helpful. We will definitely be back Thank you for a wonderful experience!
