Pointe at Bentonville

I moved into The Pointe from out of town at the beginning of the summer and have loved it so far. I’m new to Bentonville so the events they put on for residents is a huge plus for me because it’s a great way to socialize and get to know people and find out the best things to do around here. Also I work from home so it’s also nice that the complex is very quiet. Staff has been really nice to me and maintenance does a great job of keeping the complex clean. The pool was great during the summer and the gym is pretty nice. It has several machines and dumbbells up to 75 lbs so it’s good enough for me to not have to purchase a gym membership so I’m happy about that. We have lived at The Pointe for the past year. While the unit finishes are decent, many of the appliances are dated and unreliable. The dishwasher rarely cleans dishes properly, the garbage disposal sounds like it’s falling apart even after being repaired, and the dryer exhaust has repeatedly come loose. Maintenance has been a consistent frustration. Requests are often not completed in a timely manner, and communication is lacking. My husband works nights, and I clearly noted in multiple work orders that maintenance should visit after 2pm. Despite this, they routinely came early in the morning, banging on the door and ignoring the access notes. I’ve lived here for a while and overall the apartments themselves are fine, but there’s a serious issue with how the buildings are addressed. Multiple buildings share the exact same street address, which constantly confuses delivery drivers. Amazon and other packages are regularly dropped at the wrong building, and I’ve lost close to 10 packages because of this. This isn’t a one-off problem – it’s a design issue. Management really needs to fix the addressing/signage so that each building is clearly unique (or work with carriers to correct the maps), instead of having several buildings with the same address. Until that’s resolved, residents will keep dealing with missing packages and the frustration that comes with it.

I loveee living here!! The staff is so nice and helpful and the community of people are always so friendly. You really feel like you know everyone here, given the amount of events they throw here… from an annual pool party with a DJ to thirsty Thursdays💦 Not to mention the amenities🥵 the pool is stunning and the gym is great for being a smaller gym. Great location too!! Anyways, come live over here u won’t regret it 🙈

My biggest apartment pet peeve is unscheduled maintenance work. They give long ranges of somewhere in the next 20 days maintenance will be coming which makes it impossible to plan when to be at home to make sure my cat doesn’t run out of the apartment. In the past my A/C went out and it was out for 10+ days and the lady at the front desk seemed angry I was even calling about it. Other than that the community is nice and so is the unit. They try to make fun events for residents every Thursday.
