I am very happy I went with Steve and Point of View Home Inspection for my home inspection! Steve was very thorough and his report is very detailed. The house looked good but we were so happy that we contacted Steve Gross at Point of View for a home inspection. He found flaws that we would have missed and upon completion of the radon test found that the home did have radon. We had been on the fence about the property but knowing that radon was present made our decision to cancel the contract easier. Steve is very honest & thorough with his inspection. His service fee was reasonable and we were completely satisfied with results. Steve did not rush the inspection and was very pleasant.
