Point Hope - David Weekley Homes

I had a very negative experience with realtor Samira Kattan. She consistently shared misleading and incorrect information about the properties she was selling. On top of that, she was extremely aggressive and rude throughout the process. What upset me the most was how she treated my grandmother, who has a disability and cannot hear well. Instead of showing patience or respect, she was dismissive, constantly cutting her off and repeating in a harsh tone, “as I said, as I said.” It was unprofessional and very disrespectful. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against working with her.

Just hit one year in my David Weekley built home and could not be happier with the quality and service. This week I have a flurry of trades coming thru to make small tweaks to ensure everything is perfect. My warranty manager is awesome and so responsive. Highly recommend David Weekley Homes and the Point Hope community.

Had a great experience checking out this model home and got a lot of info on furniture development of the neighborhood. All my immediate questions were answered on the spot. There are multiple builders in the neighborhood. I pre-looked at David Weekely Homes online. Wish there were more of their models available to walk through.
