Point Guard Management

I’ve had maintenance issues for well over a week and I’ve been flatly ignored. There is no human being that I can speak to that will help me. I’ve had maintenance scheduled and it was not shown. I have cabinets that won’t close and windows that won’t close either. I am desperately trying to get a hold of a human being and cannot. I’m very frustrated and I can only say that I would not in anyway recommend renting from this company ever. Edit: I have had two maintenance appointments both were no shows. I am actually beginning to believe there is no one that represents this company in this state. I bet if I stopped paying my rent they’d be at my door tomorrow. This company has my address and has all my contact info yet I am ignored and disrespected. Do yourself a favor and do not rent from

I’m currently a tenant and, honestly it has been the best company I have rented through. I live in Manhattan and work as a server and, if you are familiar with the serving industry you know it is so hectic and never consistent money, the management team is so understand and willing to do what they can to help and make sure that I am still good when we have slower months at work. Their communication is also amazing and I always receive a response in less than 10 minutes majority of the time. Not to mention I know they work hard to prepare apartments for others as, I’ve seen their team put a lot of time and effort into vacant apartments around mine! I have been very pleased so far with Point Guard! I feel like communication is key on everything and they make it fairly easy to communicate with them. If there is ever an issue with my apartment, i do a maintenance claim and they come the very next day and fix whatever the issue is! Also the maintenance guys are always so respectful and thorough with their work! Point guard just does a well job in keeping their tenants happy! My husband and I are very happy with our apartment at Midtown! Shout out to Allison who made leasing super quick and easy!

We have enjoyed leasing with PGM over the last couple years. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful including Shelia. Maintenance would be our only complaint as they tend to have third party services come out for some of the issues. When that happens, the automated system sends out a text confirmation for one day and we’re are told a different day and time by the third party services. Once those kinks are worked out, I believe the maintenance will be better.

I have lived here a month officially and I’m thankful to Point Guard. Due to a divorce, I needed a safe, decent, comfortable place to live. Park Place gave me that. Grace, Salena, Lily, Pedro…..all wonderful people. I’m in a corner apartment, so I am not bothered by anyone. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. I can see my car and mailbox from my front door. Everything I need is 5 minutes away. My lease is 13 months, but I may stay longer.
