Had a very disappointing experience with this company. Communication was poor and unprofessional. Definitely not the professionalism I expected from a licensed contractor. While I understand that construction projects can come with unexpected issues, the way concerns were handled (or not handled) made it very difficult to trust the process. We tried addressing problems directly with management, but responses were inconsistent and unsatisfactory. In the end, we did not feel the service matched what was promised. I would recommend potential customers proceed with caution and get everything in writing before moving forward.
