Point Aquarius Property Owners

Life is better on the lake at Point Aquarius gated community. Two boat ramps, two swimming pools, a basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball, and kids playgrounds. It is a wonderful community to retire and / or raise a family. Landscaping is top tier with plenty of mature trees providing lots of shade. Swimming platform at the first boat ramp.

Been here before neighborhood is beautiful. I’m an Uber driver and the late night security guard is very sarcastic and rude for no reason even when you’re polite when you arrive.

Lovely place I've lived here 17 years and I feel so safe I don't ever even lock my doors. We just have a few major complainers but everybody else is lovely

The people on this board are a bunch of hard nose idiots. That is saying it nicely. Just a bunch of old farts that have nothing else better to do with their time. They can't be in charge in any other aspects of life, like at work or home so they impose on others with crazy rules. I pay for this house and it's mine!!!!!! If you are reading this. ...stay away from buying or building here.

So far so good. Time will tell. I can see the HOA rules are very lax...lots of homes in disrepair and overgrown. But to be fair there's lots of very well maintained homes too!
