I bought my first house with the help of Cesar Gonzalez from Premier Realty. I was referred by a coworker of mine and after one single phone, I knew he would be the guy. He is not pushy but rather listens to your wants and needs, offers you different options, and explains each process to make it a pleasant experience. I am a single mother with 4 children. He worked with my busy schedule to show me the houses, went out of his way to help with anything he can. Kept me updated every step of the way and continued to check up even after I closed on the house! Thank you so much Cesar! My kids and I will forever be grateful!

Renee is an evil person! money hungry liar who can’t be trusted she’ll advise you on one thing and then be the surprise witness against you at court she antagonizes everyone with her disrespectful mouth. She’s a tyrant- who has run properties to the ground. Run far from her and any company associated with her. Units under her care are falling apart but her grandson has the nicest most modern one huh but the community has no money she hemorrhage it. Ask regional how many complaints she has filed against her. Insanity!!

I'm renting a house from premier realty throw a lady name Donna. Donna has mad this business a big joke to me she is very disrespectful. She does not know how to talk to anyone. She takes disrespect to a whole different level not professional at all. She comes to your house unannounced. And she goes in without permission. The home is wonderful I rather go through the owners of the house then to ever go through her. This is a nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I'm thinking about putting screenshot up of the messages she sent to me and my husband. So yall can see for yourself. This lady is very unpredictable and that to me is alarming.
