Nina is absolutely amazing. We had such a long and intense experience trying to find an apartment with an August 1st lease and Nina went above and beyond to make sure we got an apartment that fit all of our needs and wants. She answered our calls all times of the day, texted us with updates, answered all of our questions, and made sure we stayed calm throughout the process of applying for our apartment. I can’t say enough good things about Nina and we are SO grateful for her help!!!

It was a pleasure renting from Pocket Broker! They are very responsive when a question or issue arises and wonderful to work with. They own beautiful properties such as the condo I rented from them at 515 in Nashville. I highly recommend this company!

Seemed legit but they wanted an (allegedly refundable) one month security deposit BEFORE the approval of my application. Further, they refused to give a written confirmation that they would return my money if I did not get the apartment. Not saying this means there’s something shady going on, but it definitely doesn’t help, and led me to look elsewhere
