Lousy customer service. Totally unwilling to look at different ways to make our mortgage work, even though we were pre-aproved for a mortgage $75,000 more than what we ended up buying. Did not want to help us and they submitted the appraisal for the house we were buying very early so we were out $550 when they came back and said they couldn't approve us, for what reason I still do not know.
