You FAILED at your job no matter how you word it. Terrible property manager. Had to fire after a few months months. Save yourself the hassle and pay for a quality property manager. After the first month, he stopped answering phone calls. Always said he would get things done, then every time I would follow up, they were never done. Very frustrating
