Tong from PMI Property Pros made a strong first impression and seemed very knowledgeable, but communication and follow-through were a real challenge. Calls and texts often went unanswered, and maintenance issues were left unresolved, which unfortunately led to numerous fines I had to cover. I had high hopes based on our initial conversations, but the experience overall was disappointing. I would not recommend this company.

Bridgett was real helpful when I came by the office. I asked about rental units, and she broke everything down clear and honest. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood my options. The way she handled it made the whole process easy. Appreciate the time and care she put in.

Unprofessional! they keep money from people for no reason when in fact the money should be returned especially if the person doesn't take the place! And their attitude about it sucks! Im actually glad I didn't take their unit! I have a much better place and more professional landlord! Places like this need to be taken to small claims court! Stop letting these types of people get away with nonsense! This place needs to be investigated on what they're really doing with all the extra money they're taking from people there's still landlords out there that doesn't overcharge on security deposits most of the places on the website isn't even worth all the extra security deposit money! The place at 3800 n 76 st smelled like cigarettes when I was showed it carpet dirty small one bedroom apartments

I made a brief visit to the office to discuss a place for a relative and was greeted by Ms. Bridget, her kind presence made me feel very comfortable with PMI and my family is looking forward to finding a place for our loved one with this company. Service and attention to details make a difference, thanks again.
